Brewing recommendations:
Use clean, fresh, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Use our freshly roasted and just-ground coffee. Heat water between 195- and 205 degrees F. Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture.

I am retired but still love my morning cup of coffee.. I spent the last 30 years traveling city to city across the entire US and Canada working, but insisting an early morning stop at a no-franchised coffee shop. I have tasted hundreds of brands in thousands of shops. There are few top tier brands and even many of those have serious flaws in their distribution networks. So, i order direct from Iron Brew with their 2-day delivery (but 5-day order processing period) and receive coffee that is not beaten by anyone in the country (and I do not have to go and pick it up, like at most microroasters). Simply great, and i add some of their Indonesian beans to add depth and complexity. I could go on about the taste but you need to try it yourselves.

I had several family members here at one time so I decided to offer the new coffee with them. Some have had Ethiopian coffee before and others this was their first taste. All of them said the coffee had a nice smooth flavor but for everyday enjoyment, most prefer the Cerrado Gold.
